Fees: FREE, but schools MUST apply for a fee waiver in advance. Form is available online from park's website.
Student Ratio: Fees dependent on how many buildings are included in the tour. We like to see 1 adult per 12-15 children.
Tour Info: Our tours are variable and can range from 1- to 7-buildings, but in general, for 4th graders, we offer one building tours + a trip to our Willa Cather permanent exhibit, "American Bittersweet." Typically the length of time needed is 1 hour.
Capacity/availability: Our maximum capacity is 60; this figure allows us to manage 4 smaller groups of students and still accommodate our regularly scheduled tours. However, if schools have more students than that, we can help to facilitate tours of other nearby cultural attractions like the Webster County Museum, the Starke Round Barn, or the Willa Cather Memorial Prairie, to further sub-divide the group.
Monday - Friday: 9:30 am, 11:00 am, 1:30 pm, 3:00 pm. Closed holidays
