The plays of William Shakespeare are at the core of all high school Language Arts curriculums in the U.S. Driscoll’s workshops approach Shakespeare’s plays through acting and give participating students a substantial introduction to this required curriculum. All residencies conclude with a performance which includes homemade costumes, set pieces and props. Driscoll holds a bachelors degree from UNO in drama, she is the Educational Outreach Director for The Brigit Saint Brigit Theatre (bsbtheatre.com) and she has been a member of Actor’s Equity and the Screen Actors Guild for more than thirty years.
