“Bridges: Sharing Our Past to Enrich the Future,” is a collection of photographs from all 93 counties in Nebraska. The collection highlights historic places and often-overlooked historical treasures. The exhibit is a compilation of work from photographers across Nebraska that highlights locations on the National Register of Historic Places or is of personal or community significance. The Bridges photography exhibit was created in partnership between the former Hildegard Center for the Arts, Nebraska Tourism Commission and Nebraska State Historical Society, in preparation for the states 150 Birthday (2017). Each piece is 11.75" X 17.75" framed and includes a narrative from the artist about the location. The show also includes a digital presentation of all pieces.
Technical Requirements: A secure, monitored climate controlled area with sufficient wall space for the artwork is needed, including lighting appropriate to highlight the artwork.
