Virtual/Outdoor Arts Project (V/OAP) grants

The purpose of Virtual/Outdoor Arts Project (V/OAP) grants is to provide funds that support a variety of arts projects that are conducted online, without direct contact between participants or outdoors, with adherence to social distancing and safety guidelines. These grants are intended to encourage ongoing arts programs for Nebraskans despite the constraints of the Covid-19 pandemic.

There are two sub-categories of Virtual/Outdoor Arts Project Grants:

  1. Virtual/Outdoor Arts Projects for the General Public (V/OAP for the Public) such as online or outdoor exhibitions, performances, poetry readings, or development of new artworks.
  2.  Virtual/Outdoor Arts Projects for Schools (V/OAP for Schools) such as online or outdoor workshops, classes, performances, or guided art tours.
