The Museum of Nebraska Art (MONA) is the official art museum of Nebraska and is dedicated to telling the story of Nebraska through the art of Nebraska. MONA’s permanent collection reflects nearly 200 years of history through works by artists of local, national and international acclaim. See art representing the work of artist-explorers like George Catlin, early Nebraskans Robert Henri and J. Laurie Wallace, modern era artists Grant Reynard and John Falter, and artists of today.

Fees: 1 hour tour FREE
2 hour Learning Day program $100 per class (2 activities, $125 for 3 activities)

Student Ratio: 1:10-15 adult to student ratio

Tour Info: Guided tours are led by docents. Average school tour lasts 1 hour minimum. Learning Day program lasts 2 to 2.5 hours and includes hands-on art making activity.

Capacity/availability: 60 students at a time for 1 hour tour. 50 students at a time for the Learning Day 2 hour program. Maximum four tours per day.
