Event Description:

For over 12 years, our Dance Arts Outreach Program at the Nebraska School of Performing Arts has served individuals with Parkinson’s disease and their loved ones using the acclaimed Dance for PD® method. The class welcomes all mobility levels and requires no prior dance experience, using music and movement to foster physical, cognitive, and social well-being in a creative, supportive environment.

This top-quality program is taught by Ruth Davidson Hahn, a professional choreographer, dancer, teacher, and Stanley J. Wertheimer Fellow specially trained in the Dance for PD® method and with creative aging leaders Lifetime Arts.
