Congratulations to our newest Nebraska Creative Districts: York and Potter!
The Tin Roof Creative District (Potter) celebrates the history and popularity of the type of roofing used in many of the original structures in the downtown Potter area. The name evokes not only the sturdy indestructability of this type of roofing, but also the tenacious nature of early settlers and focuses on the historical aspect of the district.
The York Creative District stimulates artistic and cultural opportunities through enhancing and promoting arts activities to educate and enhance the greater York area. This district is a vibrant arts destination that builds on collaboration among our diverse institutions and populations.
