Andy William & the Nebraska All Stars
Since 2018, The Nebraska All-Stars have been delighting audiences as the Midwest’s only authentic Cuban orchestra. Bandleader Andy William brings his experience as a top performing percussionist in Havana, and his passion for sharing Cuban culture, to present a high-energy, engaging, and diverse show.
The All-Stars also feature legendary Havana vocalist Onelio Perez, known worldwide as the front man for such legendary groups as Orquesta Riverside, Conjunto Casino, Roberto Faz, and others. His dignified voice has graced many classic recordings from the 1960s to the present.
Presenting Cuban music styles such as Danzón, Son Cubano, Cha-Cha-Cha, and Guaguanco, with a taste of American funk, jazz, and soul, this prestigious 12-piece orchestra brings the sounds of Cuba to the stages of the Midwest.
Technical Requirements:
Stage area approx 20×30 sq ft. If venue is providing sound equipment, see attached stage plot. 4-5 monitors and industry standard microphones also required.
