The Wildwoods (New to 2024)
In the heart of Lincoln, Nebraska, The Wildwoods emerge as a folk/Americana trio, a musical tapestry woven by husband-and-wife duo, Noah (guitar) and Chloe Gose (violin), accompanied by bassist Andrew Vaggalis. Their story is a symphony of exploration and connection, a journey that has taken them from the Midwest to international stages, carving out a unique place in the folk landscape.
United by a passion for folk/Americana, the trio’s influences range from Watchhouse and Nickel Creek, to Gillian Welch & David Rawlings. Their music, though comfortably under the folk/Americana umbrella, weaves intricate chord structures and emotional textures that defy genre boundaries. Together, their harmonies resonate with artful sincerity, drawing inspiration from nature, their shared experiences of growing up in Nebraska and life on the road.
Technical Requirements:
An 8’x8’ floor/stage space. The venue will need to provide a sound engineer, or the artist can provide their own PA system if needed. A tech rider can be provided upon request.
Virtual Option:
The Wildwoods are no stranger to doing all types of virtual concerts. They have experience sharing intimate concerts live from their home where they can answer fan questions and share behind the scenes moments engaging with fans in real time which creates a dynamic interactive experience. They also have experience streaming concerts to fans while performing at a music venue. Many times while touring venues have shared their concert through live streams for their patrons. This gives parents and younger generations a chance to tune into live streams, where they can discover and share music together. In conclusion, The Wildwoods have also been guests for online music shows that host weekly concerts for people all over the country to tune into.
